Who provides Wondermaths

These terms cover use of the free games and materials on wondermaths.app. Parents, caregivers, and educators choose activities and support children as appropriate.

Using the portal

You may browse the portal, play its available games, and use the free downloads under our material license. Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or redistribute our games or content as your own.

Use an activity in a way that suits the child and the setting. A suggested age does not replace your judgment. Keep physical activities and materials appropriate to the child, including supervision for small objects, scissors, or movement.

Ownership and permissions

Wondermaths content, characters, layouts, and software are protected by intellectual-property rights held by Minds Play L.L.C. or the relevant rights holders. Permission to use a free file does not transfer ownership or grant a right to resell it.

Links to the original set or download page are welcome. For translations, publication, wider distribution, or other uses outside the license, ask us first.

Educational purpose

The activities provide opportunities to explore and practice. They are not a developmental assessment, medical advice, or therapy. We do not guarantee educational outcomes or that an activity will suit every child.

Availability and errors

We work to keep pages and downloads usable, but errors and interruptions can occur. Materials may be corrected or updated. If a file or game is not working, please report its title and the problem through Contact us.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Future paid services

Prices, access duration, billing, cancellation, withdrawal rights, complaints, and refunds will be explained in the applicable sales terms before any purchase is offered. These free-portal terms do not start a paid agreement.

Questions, law, and changes

Minds Play L.L.C. is based in Poland. Mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country remain unaffected. Contact us first about a problem so we can try to resolve it.

Effective September 22, 2026. We will update these terms when the service or permitted uses change.
