A question about an activity, a file that will not open, or an accessibility barrier? Here is how to reach us.

Help us find the right page
- The game or material title, or its page address.
- What you tried and what happened instead.
- Your device and browser, if this is a technical problem.
- For a printable: the file version, page number, and paper size.
Please leave out children’s names, photographs, recordings, diagnoses, passwords, and payment details. A description of the barrier is enough to start.
Accessibility requests
Use the subject “Accessibility” and tell us what stopped you from using the activity. You may ask about a different format or way to interact. See our accessibility statement for known limitations.
Privacy requests
Use the subject “Privacy request”. Tell us whether you are asking about access, correction, deletion, or another concern. We may need proportionate information to verify a request; please do not send identity documents unless we have discussed a suitable method.
