Help & frequently asked questions
A little help, right here
Answers about games, tablet worksheets, optional printing, accessibility, and your information.
Getting started
Can you help me decide what to do today?
Yes. Choose one of two eight-week learning paths: Notice, Sort, and Match, or Plan, Try, and Adjust. Each week offers three core activities and two optional ideas, combining games, tablet activities, and everyday play. Try the first activity for about 5–10 minutes, then repeat, skip, or pause at your child’s pace. All eight weeks are available now.
Use Save my place to return to your activity in the same browser. There is no account, deadline, or streak to maintain. These are suggestions for playing together, not an automatically personalized curriculum or a test of development. Worksheet drawings save separately in the same browser.
Where are the worksheet answers?
Open Answers & little hints, choose the learning set, then match the card and age. Hints and answers open separately. This is a parent reference. Use the checking tools described on each tablet page for its choices, numbers, or construction. Follow each page’s tool instructions. Free coloring is not graded.
Can we read the books on screen?
Yes. Choose Read the book in a learning set or the library. Use Previous and Next, swipe sideways, choose a page from the thumbnails, or switch to scrolling down. You can zoom in and return to your last page in this browser. Larger text is available where the original PDF has a separate text layer. You can still download the original PDF.
Do we need a printer?
Reusable tablet pages across the learning sets have drawing, colors, an eraser, undo, redo, and picture saving. Check my work checks the choices, numbers, or construction described on each page. Follow each page’s tool instructions. Free coloring is not graded. Printing is optional. Coloring pages also open with Fill and Brush: try coloring on screen. Choose a learning set, then a page to draw on. Try a reusable tablet page.
What is Wondermaths?
An educational world for children and parents. Wondermaths centers on games and reusable tablet worksheets, with connected stories and guidance for grown-ups. Printing is optional. See how the parts work together.
Is everything free?
Yes. All 44 learning sets are free. Games, stories, and tablet worksheets open right away, no email needed. For printable PDFs and parent e-books, enter a parent’s or caregiver’s email address and we’ll send the download link. Updates are optional and need a separate confirmation. Nothing you open here starts a subscription.
Do I need an account or an app?
No account and no app. Games, stories, and tablet worksheets run in the browser, so JavaScript needs to be on. For printable PDFs and parent e-books, enter a parent’s or caregiver’s email address and we’ll send the download link. You need an internet connection to load the site; we don’t promise offline play.
Which age should I choose?
Start with the suggested age, then consider the task and controls. Choosing a younger starting point is fine. Some materials in a set have a different range from the game. Use the starting guide.
Is every material included with every game?
Each set page lists its available files. The selection varies between sets. Audio stories and future releases are not included unless a working player or download is shown.
Playing & learning
What does my child practice?
The skill label and activity description explain the intended focus. Parent notes give more context. We do not equate completion, stars, or quick answers with an assessment of your child’s development.
Can a child who does not read use it?
Many activities use pictures and direct manipulation, with an adult helping to introduce the task. Instructions and reading demands vary. Check the picture guide and try the opening activity together.
Is it suitable for an autistic or disabled child?
It depends on the child and the activity. We consider different sensory, motor, and learning needs, but do not claim universal suitability. Some games depend on dragging or visual information. Read the current accessibility statement or tell us about a barrier without sharing a diagnosis.
Does progress follow us to another device?
There is no family account or cloud synchronization in this version. Some games save preferences or progress in that browser; others keep only the current session. Clearing site data can remove saved progress.
Where are audio stories and AR?
Audio stories are available now. Choose a story to listen to, or find its player on the related learning set or world page. Browser-based AR (WebAR) is still in development. Our planned WebAR adventures involve a child holding the device and moving through a clear space to solve a task. These adventures are in development and are not playable here yet. WebAR uses a supported device’s camera; an AR headset is not required. Permissions and accessible alternatives will be explained with each tested release.
Downloads & printing
How do I download a file?
Choose a learning set and a printable PDF. Enter a parent’s or caregiver’s email address and we’ll send the download link. Open the link once to unlock downloads and full parent e-books. This browser remembers your access, so you do not need to enter your email again while access is saved. Updates are optional and need a separate confirmation.
Can I use the materials in a classroom?
Yes. The current free-material license allows use with your own family, classroom, library, child care group, or therapy setting, and sharing printed copies. Do not resell or rehost the files. Read the full usage rules.
Why is my printout cropped or the wrong size?
Check the paper size and orientation stated in the file. If there is a size-check line, select Actual size / 100%. Try one page first. Browser print previews may add headers and footers; turn these off when they cover the worksheet.
A PDF is hard to read with assistive technology. What can I do?
Some PDFs contain illustrated or rasterized text and are not fully tagged for screen readers. Please contact us with the file title and the format you need. We will discuss a suitable alternative; we cannot promise that every adaptation is already available.
Troubleshooting & privacy
The game will not load. What should I try?
Open its set page in a full browser rather than the small browser inside a social app. Check your connection, reload once, and try the latest version of your usual browser. If it still fails, send the game name, device, browser, and the step that failed.
Why can’t I hear anything?
Start the game with a tap or click, then check its sound control, device volume, and mute setting. Browsers can block audio until you interact. Sound options differ between games.
Do you collect data from my child?
The portal has no child accounts, chat, or child-information forms. Loading a website still involves technical requests, and some games store progress on the device. Read the children’s privacy notice for the scope and limitations of this statement.
How can I report a problem?
Use Contact us. Include the page or game title and what happened. Please do not send a child’s name, photograph, medical information, or login details.
