Before you begin
- Four pages, one per level — ages 2.5–3, 4, 5 and 6–7
- US Letter, prints on plain paper
- A grown-up can read the directions aloud
- The youngest level points, the oldest counts and writes
- “Print at 100%” marked on every page
Print on US Letter at 100%. Check the ruler against the length printed on your page. Ages are a guide: pointing, talking, and trying together all count.

A little guidance
On the ages 6–7 card, count only the window and two crates. Then count their outer frame sides; ignore the smaller shapes inside them.
Let your child show their thinking. Repeat a comfortable level or try the next one when they want a new challenge.
